CPR was founded as an educational, non-profit tax deductible corporation to inform citizens regarding private property rights as well as constitutional property rights. Recent CPR activities have included a protest petition seeking a vote on the MROSD annexation of the San Mateo Coast, filing of a validation lawsuit in November 2004 against SMC LAFCO as a remedy per Judge Holm to validate the process and counting of the protests, and continued participation by CPR with other concerned county groups in San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz regarding land use issues on representation, taxes, voting, and service areas.
If you are concerned with land use issues, and are having difficulty affecting land use processes impacting you, then now is the time to support CPR. In unity there is strength. Otherwise, it will continue to be "one property at a time"
